Payment is due in full at the start of each appointment.

Please ask your insurance representative to check to see if your insurance contracts with Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, Tricare, Optum or Medicare as the company covering your mental health services. For example, you may have UnitedHealthCare as your primary insurance but your mental health may actually be covered by Optum.

Out-of-Network Coverage

If your insurance provider does not contract with Cigna, Anthem Blue Cross, Kaiser, Tricare, Optum, or Medicare, please contact your insurance representative to review your out-of-network reimbursement coverage prior to the start of service. You will be provided with a Superbill to submit to your insurance carrier for direct reimbursement to you as part of out-of-network coverage. You will be asked to pay the full amount at the time of service and then you would submit the superbill to your insurance provider for reimbursement paid to you.

Telephone Crisis Intervention/Counseling: $50.00 for every 15 minutes.
